Happy New Year

Last night was a busy night at bear haven! I had 3 visitors, Granpa , Mingo, and Domino. It was a "split pea soup" kind of foggy night and Granpa kept looking over where Mingo was to make sure he wasn't going to sneak up on him. I sat between them, right next to Granpa because Mingo wont try anything with me there. I awoke this morning and was about to let the dogs out and whaddya know, Granpa was laying on the porch. He must have slept there last night because there was a dry spot like one of those police outlines where a body was except it was the shape of a bear. I was surprised he was out during daylight hours. This time of year, they usually only come out at night. maybe Granpa got crocked and crashed where Mingo couldn't find him in the dark!
